We initially contacted AAA, which I have used satisfactorily for decades. After we waited approximately 6 hours they finally admitted they had no service provider responding to help us. They referred us to Crockett’s Towing, who responded promptly and professionally, and whose driver was extraordinary in all respects. AAA said they’d reimburse us, and I expect they will. But the three I’ll and elderly folks (us) certainly appreciated having Crockett’s Towing come save us!

I called to schedule a tow from my house to another house. Driver was available in a few hrs. Raul called to lmk when he was arriving. He met with me and was very professional and friendly. My mustang is pretty low and he was still able to get it on the bed of his truck. With no damage. Ive had other people try and could not do it. I was told its to low or i need to remove the front bumper. None of this was a problem for Raul. He told me he could do it and he did! Thank you Raul!! Make sure he gets a shout out for being professional , friendly, outstanding communication, and doing such a great job!!

Top notch group of guys here! Unfortunate circumstances on why I dealt with them, but the guys went above and beyond to help out and if I ever need any tow done, Crockett will be the only ones I will call in the future! Thanks for all the help guys!

I have used Gaurdian towing/Crockett towing for 3 years now. We have a fleet of service vans. Weather it is myself or one of my technicians. We have never had a complaint about an operators attitude. We feel that they are treating us like family.
They understand this is a stressful situation. Now the dispatchers on the other hand. Nobody wants to hear how you how are you today? It’s a bad situation how do you think I am doing sitting on the side of the interstate in the dark. With cars flying by at 80mph.

Stephen picked me and my bmw 328i up on the side of the highway at 230am took good care of me and my car definitely recommend this company came in less than a hour great price call them for your towing needs won’t be disappointed

Our tow was fantastic. Driver was very cool and professional. Took a little to get to us, but we were out of the way and blew a tire at the worst time of day. Would highly recommend.

Truck arrived just after Road Ranger and before my personal ride home. In times of distress this is the company that makes a difference. I have AAA and they are usually hrs out and always send the wrong truck for the job. I made a great choice in my decision to call outside of AAA and pay out of pocket. Driver was courteous and helpful.
